Member of the team have recently joined as Early Career Editorial Board of Chemical Engineering Journal Advances, a partner title to the highly-regarded Chemical Engineering Journal, which is a new online, open access, peer-reviewed journal.

Within the scope of Chemical Engineering Journal Advances appears the Control, Treatment, Remediation of Environmental Hazards and Environmental Chemical Processes and Engineering. 

In this regard, a Special Issue has also been launched with the aim to publish papers related to Advanced Treatments of Non-Conventional Waters, including the degradation of biotoxins and harmful microorganisms that can be involved in HABs. 

This special issue is co-guest edited with outstanding researchers as Prof. Dionisios Mantzavinos, Prof. Jorge Rodríguez-Chueca and Dr. Stefanos Giannakis.
